The Inner Strength Way

Strength Based Services: At Inner Strength Counseling we recognize the unique strengths and abilities in all families. We shine the spot light on the Positive and look for the solutions. Every family has strengths and we work to help them recognize and build on those inherent qualities.
Collaborative: The Challenges that families face are never one dimensional. We conduct thorough and holistic evaluations with community resources. Important community partners, such as schools and health care providers, are involved in treatment when appropriate.
Culturally Sensitive: Treatment is culturally sensitive and works towards strengthening relationships. We recognize that every family has a unique story and we work to hear and honor those stories. Keeping the family in focus creates lasting change and healing, and just as family is unique, all interventions are tailored to individual family's need; including Spanish speaking when needed.

Intensive In Community Therapy
Supporting Youth & Caregivers In Strengthening Relationships & Coping Skills
This 8 week solution focused therapy helps youth aged 21 years and younger experiencing emotional and behavioral health challenges by connecting them with an intensive in community therapist and/or behavioral assistant. Learn more about accessing this service by contacting PerformCare at 877-652-7624. If intensive in community therapist and/or behavioral assistant services are recommended, you can request that Inner Strength Counseling provide these services if you live in Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Gloucester or Salem Counties.
